Meet Ashley

I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Business Coach, and former Private chef. I've been an entrepreneur for over almost ten years, and I'm incredibly passionate about helping you live the life of your dreams.

The photo you see on the right shows the weight loss that I've sustained over the past 10-15 years. There's a big outer transformation there, but what you can't see are the massive internal shifts that needed to take place in order for me to maintain this shift.

My weight loss and tangible shifts in my body were what catapulted me to become obsessed with personal development, transformation, and healing.

I have had several points in my life where I've been dissatisfied. I've used each one to move into the next phase of my life, which required lots of internal strength, self-trust, and courage.

I didn't think I had these things in me. But through taking tangible steps, I built the evidence to know that I have more of those than I can even imagine. And so do you. Bloom will teach you how to access them.

Over the last several years, I have moved across the country, gotten divorced, had a reckoning with my sexuality, and grown my business. These things could have swallowed me whole, but instead, I've grown into the best version of myself, doubled my income, and have more self-resilience & strength than I thought possible.

I have reverse engineered my own transformation, through my story + my work with 1000+ women, and I want the same for you.

I currently work full-time in my online business, coaching women and teaching about cooking, in beautiful South Bay in Los Angeles, CA, with my doggie, Miss Faye.
