I will be providing you the exact, individualized nutritional strategies and specific phases needed in order to lose weight, build muscle, sculpt your body and get leaner - so you can feel like your most vibrant self. No confusion here - you'll have my eyes on your blueprint and all periodized nutrition + adjustments done by me for the entire 6 months.

Progressive + Straightforward Strength Training Plan

You will be receiving workouts (cardio, strength, + recovery) to become your fittest, strongest, happiest self, and build significant muscle tissue to improve your metabolism to burn fat.

I will also be reviewing your progress via form checks as needed, so you can get real-time feedback to maximize your training results.

Behavior-Based Coaching, Accountability, + Support

You'll have a calendar, habit tracker, and weekly/daily accountability check-ins for your specific rate of progress (which I will help you individualize) - vital ingredients that will help you stay consistent, and get the results you want.

Meet Ashley

Ashley has been coaching women 1:1 in nutrition & fat loss since 2016. She specializes in sustainable fat loss, intuitive eating, and helping women create a LIFESTYLE they love while loving the food they eat.  

Having successfully lost 75+ pounds 15 years ago, and yo-yo-ing dozens of times (and going through eating disorders), Ashley intimately understands each part of this journey, and knows how multi-faceted it needs to be in order to stick. 

She has maintained her weight for over ten years, and more importantly, doesn't struggle with food anymore. 

Ashley currently works full-time in her online business, coaching women and teaching about cooking, in sunny Miami, FL.
