Our coaching calls will take place via Zoom every Tuesday at 12PM PST / 3PM EST, beginning April 30, 2024, and will run on May 7, May 14, and May 21

Each call is a WORKSHOP with an accompanying worksheet where we will work together and troubleshoot your plan.

Here's what we'll be learning, week by week.

Meet Ashley

Ashley has been coaching women 1:1 in nutrition & fat loss since 2016. She specializes in sustainable fat loss, intuitive eating, and helping women create a LIFESTYLE they love while loving the food they eat.  

Ashley was also a private chef for seven years, so she knows first-hand how complicated and exhausting meal-planning can be. Although we talk a lot about nutrition during this coaching program, we also talk a lot about the application of your meals and precisely how you will be implementing cooking & prep in your life.  

Having successfully lost 75+ pounds 15 years ago, and yo-yo-ing dozens of times (and going through eating disorders), Ashley intimately understands each part of this journey, and knows how multi-faceted it needs to be in order to stick. 

She has maintained her weight for over ten years, and more importantly, doesn't struggle with food anymore. 

Ashley currently works full-time in her online business, coaching women around nutrition, doing business mentorship, and teaching about cooking, in sunny Miami, FL.
