Here's the breakdown:

You will receive access to the workouts and our Kajabi Portal immediately!

Here's what Sweet Heat Includes:

  • 8 Weeks of Progressive Strength Training Workouts (super easy to follow)
  • 4 Workouts/Week
  • Dumbbell Only (can absolutely use barbells if you have access to them)
  • 30-45 minutes per workout
  • 3 sets of dumbbells needed (bench and pull-up bar are nice additions)
  • 8 Total Workouts
  • The first block of 4 workouts will be repeated for Weeks 1-4
  • The second block of 4 workouts will be repeated for Weeks 5-8
  • Video demonstrations for every movement

Meet Ashley

Ashley has been coaching women 1:1 in nutrition & fat loss since 2016. She specializes in sustainable fat loss, intuitive eating, and helping women create a LIFESTYLE they love while loving the food they eat.  

Having successfully lost 80+ pounds 15 years ago, and yo-yo-ing dozens of times (and going through eating disorders), Ashley intimately understands each part of this journey, and knows how multi-faceted it needs to be in order to stick. 

She has maintained her weight for over ten years, and more importantly, doesn't struggle with food anymore. 

Ashley currently works full-time in her online business, coaching women and teaching about cooking, in sunny Miami, FL.
