Here are the details:

Our coaching calls will take place via Zoom every Tuesday at 12PM PST / 3PM EST, beginning October 28, 2025, and November 4, 11, and 18th.

We will build your nutrition plan together, and I will be providing you with a 4-Week At Home Strength Training Program.

Each call is a WORKSHOP with an accompanying worksheet where we will work together to create and troubleshoot your plan.

Here's what we'll be learning, week by week:

  • Week 1: Introduction to Nutrition & Macronutrients, How to Set your Macros & How to Log Your Food, Deficit + Maintenance Phases, Intro to Metabolism, Grocery Shopping (we will set beginning macros on this call)
  • Week 2: Nutritional Cycling + Periodization, Body Recomposition, Eating For Muscle, Strength, and Endurance // Exercise + Movement

Meet Ashley Pardo

Ashley has been coaching women 1:1 in nutrition & fat loss since 2016. She specializes in sustainable fat loss, intuitive eating, and helping women create a LIFESTYLE they love while loving the food they eat.  

Ashley was also a private chef for seven years, so she knows first-hand how complicated and exhausting meal-planning can be. Although we talk a lot about nutrition during this coaching program, we also talk a lot about the application of your meals and precisely how you will be implementing cooking & prep in your life.  

Having successfully lost 80+ pounds 15 years ago, and yo-yo-ing dozens of times (and going through eating disorders), Ashley intimately understands each part of this journey, and knows how multi-faceted it needs to be in order to stick. 

She has maintained her weight for over ten years, and more importantly, doesn't struggle with food anymore. 

Ashley currently works full-time in her online business, coaching women around nutrition, doing business mentorship, and teaching about cooking, in sunny Miami, FL.
